Simply lift out the standard centre cooking grill, drop in the rust protected hotplate and discover a whole new world of gourmet outdoor cooking. You'll find the smooth side is perfect for frying up eggs, pancakes, onions or calamari; whilst the ribbed griddle side is great for fish, veggies or even fruit. A bonus of the griddle side is a clever design that allows any excess oil to drain away ideal for low-fat grilling of sausages and chops.
Use on its own with 2 standard side grills or team it up with one optional side hotplate for greater hotplate capacity.
When you're done cooking, simply wash in warm soapy water or drop your reversible large hotplate into your dishwasher for cleaning that is a breeze every time.
