With the ability to cook a variety of meals, from mixed-grill feasts to roasting large turkeys, this BBQ is versatile and powerful. The temperature gauge built into the roasting hood ensures consistent cooking temperature, and the removable burners make cleaning the grill easy.
Both cooking grills are made from cast iron with a matte vitreous enamel finish and are dishwasher safe. They can also be replaced with optional accessories, including a reversible hotplate with a smooth side for frying and a griddle side for cooking fatty meats. The cart includes a storage area specifically designed for the hotplate.
